Ernst Agneter (*27.4.1963 in Vienna), Dr. med. from the University of Vienna 1989, specialist in pharmacology and toxicology 1996, authorisation to teach pharmacology and toxicology 2000, Chair of Pharmacology at the Sigmund Freud Private University in Vienna 2018. Agneter worked for the Ministry of Health in the area of drug approvals and monitoring and as Medical and Marketing Director for an international pharmaceutical company. He also holds a licence for the wholesale of pharmaceuticals and poisons (2001), a Master of Advanced Studies (2001) and a Master of Business Administration (2004). Since 2001, he has been Managing Director of Agneter PharmaConsulting GmbH, specialising in drug assessments, reimbursement and strategic consulting for pharmaceutical companies, as well as a member of several national and international pharmacological and pharmaceutical societies, and a board member of Karl-Landsteiner (since 2010) and the Society of Physicians in Vienna (since 2019).

Prof. Dr Nicole Heussen is a biostatistician. After studying statistics in Dortmund, she completed her doctorate in theoretical medicine and habilitated in medical biometry and clinical epidemiology at the Faculty of Medicine at RWTH Aachen University. There she teaches and conducts research at the Institute of Medical Statistics. In April 2016, she was appointed Professor of Evidence-based Medicine at the Medical Faculty of the Sigmund Freud Private University in Vienna. “Making complex statistical topics understandable for non-statisticians is a particular concern of mine.”

Over 100 publications as first, co- and senior author.
